We are so excited to head back to James Island for our next watercolor workshop! Join us Oct 22nd for a mid morning New Moon Watercolor Workshop at CornerCopia Market. We’ll be painting moon phases and giving some love to the NEW moon and all she has to offer us. We’ll talk about new moon magic, learn how to set intentions for this next phase, and enjoy painting colorful moon phase designs together.

In this fun, beginner friendly watercolor class, we’ll teach you a few watercolor basics like mixing colors and adding value, and show you how to add rock salt to your paint to get a cool surface-of-the-moon effect. 

Ages 10+ are more than welcome, we ask that younger workshop goers be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Workshop Includes:

• Group instruction on basic watercolor techniques, plus some color mixing

• One on one help where needed

• Plenty of practice time and materials

• Take home a 5x7 or 9x12 watercolor moon portrait in a color of your choosing

• All materials provided

Our setup will be in the charming backyard patio area, making this a perfect fall morning creative outing. Bring your friends and plan to meet some great new people, and feel free to head over early to grab some breakfast sweets and savories from the delicious Girl Next Dough Food Truck!
