These landscape vignettes combine color blending and layering to create a calming mountain or ocean scene you’ll want to jump right into!
All skill levels welcome. We’ll start the workshop off with some watercolor basics and practice time, then create (4) different watercolor scenes! Because layering is involved, there might be some downtime while waiting for each layer to dry, so we suggest having some snacks/tasty bevs on hand.
Workshop takeaways include:
Intro to watercolor basics (supplies, brush techniques, and color mixing)
Step by step instruction for painting layered landscapes
Plenty of practice time to get a feel for watercolor
4 mini sunset landscapes
You’ll need to collect your own materials for this workshop, please see the detailed list below and feel free to contact us here if you need help. See more supply tips on our blog!
We’ll be using Zoom for this virtual workshop. The day before the workshop you’ll receive a link to the “meeting,” sent to the email address used to purchase the workshop.
