Mandalas are an ancient tool for meditation. In this Mandala Art for Meditation + Intention Setting workshop, we will learn to relax the mind, set clear intentions for a selected period of time, and then create mandala art inspired by these intentions.
This session includes an intention setting ritual, an opportunity to get clear on what it is you truly desire so that you can visualize success and manifest it in your life. We will then demonstrate how to draw a radiating mandala using pen and pencil, then add color and depth with watercolor paint.
All materials are provided for this workshop. We suggest you wear something comfy, and feel free to bring a snack or beverage of choice. We will provide hot tea for you to enjoy while you create.
